- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
First, warm up a big skillet on medium-high heat, and then add the chopped bacon to it.
Cook the bacon until it achieves the desired level of crispiness.
Extract the bacon from the skillet and leave it on a sheet of paper towel to drip off the fat.
Toss the finely sliced onion into the pan and fry it until it turns translucent.
