  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

  • Prepare muffin cups by either greasing them or lining them with paper baking cups.
  • In a sizeable mixing bowl, combine Bisquick mix and sugar.
