What Do We Need To Make Philly Cheesesteak Sliders?
Slider Rolls: Choose either regular slider buns or Hawaiian rolls, depending on your preference.
Sweet Onion: I prefer to use Vidalia onion, but another option is a sweet and mild onion such as white onion.
Green Bell Peppers: I personally enjoy the slight crunch of sautéed green peppers in my sliders, but if you don’t prefer peppers, they can be left out.
Garlic: Fresh cloves, minced.
Onion Soup Mix: A quick way to add lots of flavor – just use a few packages of your preferred dry soup mix.
Roast Beef: I love using food tricks to make party food, so I prepare these cheesesteaks using deli roast beef cut into strips.
Cheese: I mix white American cheese with deli provolone slices for an unbeatable melting experience.
Worcestershire Sauce: To add a touch of umami flavor that makes a big impact!

Tips For Recipe
- This recipe for tasty Philly cheesesteak sliders is easy to follow, but it’s important to keep a few tips in mind to ensure they turn out perfectly.
- When adding the beef to the pan, make sure to frequently stir it to prevent the thin slices from sticking together.
- Make sure to thoroughly mix all sauce and seasoning ingredients to ensure an even distribution of flavors.
- If you’re cooking for just two people, consider halving the recipe. Serve 2-3 sliders per person for dinner and save any remaining for lunch the next day.
- Alternatively, prepare the entire Philly Cheesesteak Sliders recipe and freeze half for later use.
- I love this saute pan. It’s versatile and works well for many different recipes. Cleaning is effortless and it cooks food evenly. An added bonus is that it can go from stovetop to oven.
- To make cleaning easy, use any casserole dish in the size range of 10.5″ X 7.5″ to a standard 9×13″ for this recipe. The Staub baking dish is my top choice.
